Common use of No Additional Funds Clause in Contracts

No Additional Funds. The Trustee has no obligation to provide additional money to meet any amount required for the Project in excess of the SIEF Funds or to fund the Project for work undertaken after the Project End Date. This is the case notwithstanding that the Project is preliminary to or a phase of a broader research project or that the Trustee was aware of an intention or desire on the part of the Grant Recipient or any other person to conduct further research related to the Project.
