No Additional Severance. Executive hereby agrees that no severance compensation of any kind, nature or amount shall be payable to Executive, except as expressly set forth in this Section 2.4, and Executive hereby irrevocably waives any claim for any other severance compensation.

Except as set forth on Section 3.20 of the Disclosure Schedule, the Seller is not a party to any agreement, and has not established any policy or practice, requiring Seller to make a payment or provide any other form of compensation or benefit to any Person performing services for Seller upon termination of such services, that would not be payable or provided in the absence of the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
