No Adequate Remedy. In the event of a breach of this Section 21, the parties agree that the Disclosing Party may not have an adequate remedy at law, in money, or damages and, accordingly, shall be entitled to seek an injunction against such breach without posting a bond, in addition to any other remedies at law or in equity.
