No Adjustment of Water System Facility Revenue Bond Financing Costs. The use of Water System Facility Revenue Bonds for financing facilities listed in Article 1(ap) shall not result in adjustments for prior underpayments or overpayments of the capital component of the Transportation Charge to the Agency under the provisions of this article. In place of making such adjustments, charges to the Agency for Water System Facility Revenue Bond Financing Costs will be governed by Article 50(a).
