No Agreement as to Amount of Claim. In the event of failure of Design-Builder and Department to agree upon the amount to be paid Design-Builder by reason of the termination of Work pursuant to this Article 8, the amount payable (exclusive of interest charges) shall be determined in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of the General Conditions.
