No Agreements; Release of Mortgages. Except for this Agreement and matters expressly contemplated hereunder or under the Related Purchase Agreements, from and after the Effective Date, Seller shall not enter into any new contracts or other agreements, either written or oral, with respect to the Property that shall survive the Closing, or become a Liability of Buyer. Seller shall cause any mortgages, deeds of trust or other security interests of record, caused, created or assumed in writing by Seller, to be satisfied in full on or before the Closing.
