No Applicants Meeting Posted Requirements. Beginning in ROUND B, in rare circumstances where Human Resources has determined that there are no qualified and suitable applicants, an internal applicant(s) who does not meet the minimum posted requirements of qualifications and experience may be considered where they can demonstrate a proficiency to effectively deal with teaching situations likely to arise. Generally proficiency will be determined through the interview and reference check process. Where an applicant who is not fully qualified is selected, the position will be filled in an acting capacity for one (1) year only.
