No Apportionment of Award. No award for any partial or total taking shall be apportioned, it being agreed and understood that Landlord shall be entitled to the entire award for any partial or entire taking. Tenant assigns to Landlord its interest in any award which may be made in such taking or condemnation, together with any and all rights of Tenant arising in or to the same or any part thereof.
