Common use of NO ARBITRATION OR LITIGATION Clause in Contracts

NO ARBITRATION OR LITIGATION. Except to the extent required by any law: (a) the ALT will attempt to determine, resolve or settle any dispute between us, other than a dispute arising out of or in connection with a Material Default; and (b) except as provided in this Agreement, there will be no arbitration or litigation between us in relation to any dispute, other than a dispute arising out of or in connection with a Material Default.
