NO ASSIGNMENT AND USE LIMITATIONS. Use Limitations: Tenant shall not assign this Lease, nor sublet or transfer possession of the rental unit or any portion thereof, nor sell or give accommodation to roomers, boarders, or lodgers, nor permit the use of the rental unit for any other purpose than a private dwelling solely for the Tenant and the persons named in Section II. (2) of this Lease, and shall not use the premises for illegal activity under Federal, State or local law, or other activity which impairs the physical or social environment of the housing project.
