No Assignment by Client. Client may not assign the Agreement or any part of the Agreement without the prior written consent of Management, which may be withheld in the sole discretion of Management. Management may assign this Agreement, and any such assignee shall acquire all obligations and rights of Management hereunder.
No Assignment by Client. Client shall not assign this Agreement or its rights hereunder without the prior written consent of the Company, which consent may be withheld for any or no reason.
No Assignment by Client. Client’s rights and obligations under this Agreement may not be assigned by Client, except with the prior written consent of Xxxxx PI Investigations.
