No Assignment by Employee. The parties hereto agree that Employee's services hereunder are personal and unique, and that Silverleaf is executing this Agreement in reliance thereon. This Agreement shall not be assignable by Employee.
No Assignment by Employee. Employee warrants and represents that no portion of any of the matters released herein, and no portion of any recovery or settlement to which Employee might be entitled, has been assigned or transferred to another person, firm or corporation not a party to this Agreement, in any manner, including by way of subrogation or operation of law or otherwise. If any claim, action, demand or suit should be made or instituted against the Company or any other releasee because of any actual assignment, subrogation or transfer by Employee, Employee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and all other releasees against such claim, action, suit or demand, including necessary expenses of investigation, attorneys’ fees and costs. In the event of Employee’s death, this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of Employee and Employee’s executors, administrators, heirs, distributees, devisees, and legatees. None of Employee’s rights or obligations may be assigned or transferred by Employee, other than Employee’s rights to payments hereunder, which may be transferred only upon Employee’s death by will or operation of law.
No Assignment by Employee. Employee may not assign this Agreement or any part hereof. Any purported assignment by Employee shall be null and void from the initial date of purported assignment.
No Assignment by Employee. Employee acknowledges that the services to be rendered by him are unique and personal. Accordingly, Employee may not assign or delegate any of his rights or obligations hereunder, except that he may assign certain rights hereunder if agreed to in writing by the Chief Executive Officer.
No Assignment by Employee. Employee may not assign this Agreement. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by Employee's personal or legal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, heirs, distributees, devisees, and legatees. If Employee should die while any amount would still be payable hereunder if Employee had continued to live, all such amounts, unless otherwise provided herein, shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to Employee's estate.
No Assignment by Employee. This Agreement is personal to Employee, and Employee may not assign or delegate any of Employee's rights or obligations hereunder without first obtaining the express written consent of the Employer.
No Assignment by Employee. This Agreement is personal to Employee and shall not be assignable by Employee otherwise than by will or the laws of descent and distribution. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by Employee’s legal representative.
No Assignment by Employee. Employee shall not have any right to assign otherwise transfer this Agreement or any of his rights or obligations under this Agreement without the written consent of the Company and shall not have any right to pledge, hypothecate, anticipate, or in any way create a lien upon any payments or other benefits provided under this Agreement; and no benefits payable under this Agreement shall be assignable in anticipation of payment either by voluntary or involuntary acts, or by operation of law, except by will or pursuant to the laws of descent and distribution.
No Assignment by Employee. The Employee must not assign either this Agreement or any benefit or interest granted by it without the prior written consent of the Company.
No Assignment by Employee. The rights of the Employee to payments or benefits under this Agreement shall not be made subject to option or assignment, either by voluntary or involuntary assignment or by operation of law, including, without limitation, bankruptcy, garnishment, attachment or other creditor’s process, and any action in violation of this subsection (b) shall be void.
