No Assignment; No Other Rights. The rights granted to Customer under this Section 2 may not be assigned or transferred to any other party, by operation of law or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, except as expressly set forth herein, no other rights are granted to Customer by Oracle with respect to the Trial Account. There are no implied rights.
