No Assignments: Binding on Assigns. Each Party represents, covenants, and warrants that she or it has not directly or indirectly assigned, transferred, encumbered, or purported to assign, transfer, or encumber any portion of any liability, claim, demand, cause of action, or rights that she or it herein releases. This Settlement Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties and their respective heirs, trustees, executors, successors, and assigns.
