Common use of No Assumption Clause in Contracts

No Assumption. Without limiting Acquirer’s acknowledgments, agreements and obligations pursuant to Section 2, the execution by Acquirer of this Acknowledgment shall not constitute any assumption by Acquirer of any of Producers’ liabilities or obligations under the GGA, nor shall it serve to make Acquirer a party to, or give Acquirer any rights (as a third party beneficiary or otherwise) under, the GGA.
