The Class Representatives and Defendants and Class Counsel each represent and warrant that they have not attempted to, nor will they attempt to, void this agreement in any way, or solicit, encourage, or assist in any fashion in any effort by any person (natural or legal) to object to the Settlement. Nothing in this Agreement will prevent Class Counsel from informing any person of their right to object and the provisions of this Agreement and the Preliminary Approval Order relating to objections.
