No Authority to Represent. Nothing in this Agreement is to be construed as authorizing one Party to contract for or to incur any obligation on behalf of the other or to act as agent for the other. Nothing in this Agreement is to be construed as authorizing any Eligible Recipient or any Third Party to contract for or to incur any obligation on behalf of either Party or to act as agent for either Party, and Saskatchewan will take reasonable steps to ensure that all Funding Agreements contain provisions to that effect.
