No Balance Billing by Providers. With respect to its Members who are eligible for Medicaid payment of Cost-Sharing, Health Plan agrees that it shall include in its contracts with Health Plan providers that they shall not bill or charge (“balance bill”) such individuals the balance for any services such individuals are not liable in accordance with Section 1902(n)(3) of the Social Security Act.
