No Basis for Claims. To the knowledge of the Company or the Principal, there are no past or present actions or activities by the Company, or any circumstances, conditions, events or incidents, including the storage, treatment, release, emission, discharge, disposal or arrangement for disposal of any Material of Environmental Concern, that could reasonably form the basis of any Environmental Claim against the Company or against any person or entity whose liability for any Environmental Claim the Company may have retained or assumed either contractually or by operation of law.
