No Baxter Claims. Without limiting the rights of either Party under Section 4.04, 4.05 or 4.06, Baxter shall not make, and shall not permit a Baxter Subsidiary to make, any claim or demand, or commence any Proceeding asserting any claim or demand, including any claim of contribution or indemnification, against Baxalta or a Baxalta Subsidiary or any other Person released pursuant to Section 4.01(b), with respect to any Liabilities released pursuant to Section 4.01(b).
