No Beneficiary Designation. In the absence of a valid or effective Beneficiary Designation Form, or if all stated Beneficiaries predecease Executive or die prior to complete distribution of the Executive Benefit, then Executive’s designated Beneficiary(ies) shall be deemed to be Executive’s estate.
