No Benefits Upon Discharge for Specially-Defined Cause. Should the Executive be discharged for Specially-Defined Cause at any time, all benefits under Part 2 of this Agreement shall be forfeited. The Executive shall not be considered to have been terminated for Specially-Defined Cause unless she shall have been terminated for Specially-Defined Cause in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Employment Agreement. If a dispute arises as to whether a discharge is for "SPECIALLY-DEFINED CAUSE," such dispute shall be resolved by arbitration as set forth in Section 3.11 of this Agreement.
