No Benefits Upon Discharge for Specially-Defined Cause. Should the Executive be discharged for Specially-Defined Cause in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 2.8 at any time (before or after his Normal Retirement Age), all Benefits under Section 2 of this Agreement shall be forfeited. If a dispute arises as to whether the Executive was discharged for “Specially-Defined Cause”, such dispute shall be resolved by arbitration as set forth in Section 3.11 of this Agreement.
