No Billing of Patients. With the exception of co-payments, coinsurance and/or charges for non- covered services under the applicable Benefit Agreement, PROVIDER shall not xxxx, charge or collect payments from a Patient, unless PROVIDER has not received payment from Payor or Payor's TPA within ninety (90) days after rendering the service, in which case PROVIDER shall have the right to xxxx the Patient for services rendered at the rates set forth in Exhibit A hereto.
