No Change in Nature of Business. The Company and its subsidiaries shall not make any change in their lines of business as of the date hereof that would, based on the facts and circumstances and conduct of the particular business, materially increase the potential liability of any of the Retained Companies under statutes or legal doctrines permitting the imposition of liability on a parent corporation in respect of the liabilities of its subsidiaries.
