No Changes to Receivables. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in Section 6(a) hereof, no Seller or Servicer shall compromise or settle any Purchased Receivable or extend the Maturity Date with respect thereto without the consent of the Administrative Agent and each Buyer who has acquired any interest in any such Purchased Receivables in accordance with this Agreement.
No Changes to Receivables. The Servicer shall not compromise or settle any Purchased Receivable or extend the Due Date with respect thereto without the consent of the Buyer except as otherwise expressly provided for in Section 5(a) hereof.
No Changes to Receivables. (i) Seller will not amend, modify or extend the payment terms under any Purchased Receivable, unless approved in writing in advance by Wells, axx xxall not otherwise waive or permit or agree to any deviation from the terms or conditions of any Purchased Receivable and (ii) Seller will not take, or cause to be taken, any action that otherwise reduces the amount payable of any Purchased Receivable or materially impairs the full and timely collection thereof.
No Changes to Receivables. Other than as specifically permitted by Section 5(a) (i) neither any Seller nor any Servicer will amend, modify or extend the payment terms under any Purchased Receivable, unless approved in writing in advance by the Purchaser, and shall not otherwise waive or permit or agree to any deviation from the terms or conditions of any Purchased Receivable and (ii) neither any Seller nor any Servicer will take, or cause to be taken, any action that otherwise reduces the amount payable of any Purchased Receivable or materially impairs the full and timely collection thereof.
No Changes to Receivables. No Servicer shall compromise or settle any Purchased Receivable or extend the Due Date with respect thereto without the consent of the Buyer except as otherwise expressly provided for in Section 5(a) hereof; provided, that if the applicable Account Debtor so requests, the applicable Servicer may in its reasonable discretion allow such Account Debtor to make payment on such Purchased Receivable after such Due Date, but no later than the Adjusted Maturity Date thereof; provided, further, that the foregoing provision shall not be understood to grant to any Servicer the right to re-classify any delinquent Receivables as current.
