Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Receivables. The Servicer shall provide to the Owner Trustee and Indenture Trustee reasonable access to the documentation regarding the Receivables as provided in Section 3.03(b). The Servicer shall provide such access to any Securityholder only in such cases where the Certificateholder or Noteholders are required by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation. In each case, such access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during the normal business hours at the respective offices of the Servicer. Nothing in this Section shall derogate from the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Receivables. The Servicer shall provide to representatives of the Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Trust Collateral Agent reasonable access to the documentation regarding the Receivables. In each case, such access shall be afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours. Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

Such access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Servicer. Nothing in this Section 3.12 shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 3.12. Each Certificateholder or Noteholder, by its acceptance of a Certificate or a Note, as the case may be, shall be deemed to have agreed to keep any information obtained by it pursuant to this Section 3.12 confidential, except as may be required by applicable law.

Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

Access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during the normal business hours at the respective offices of Servicer. Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section. Any Holder, by its acceptance of a Certificate or Note, as applicable, shall be deemed to have agreed to keep any information obtained by it pursuant to this Section confidential and not to use such information for any other purpose, except as required by applicable law.
