Common use of No Claim Against Cardholder Clause in Contracts

No Claim Against Cardholder. You will not have any claim against, or right to receive payment from a Cardholder unless Member Bank or Processor refuses to accept the Sales Draft or revokes its prior acceptance of the Sales Draft (after receipt of a chargeback or otherwise). You will not accept any payments from a Cardholder relating to previous charges for merchandise or services included in a Sales Draft, and if you receive such payment, you will promptly remit them to Member Bank. You may not reimburse a Cardholder in cash or check for any transaction.
