No Closure Sample Clauses

No Closure. The Account shall be kept open on the Fund’s books regardless of a lack of activity or small position size, except to the extent that Schwab takes specific action to close the Account, or to the extent the Fund’s prospectus reserves the right to close accounts that are inactive. In the latter case, Fund Company will give prior notice to Schwab before closing any Account.
