Common use of No Collusion Clause in Contracts

No Collusion. Successful Respondent represents, warrants, and covenants that the prices presented in Successful Respondent’s response to the RFO were arrived at independently, without consultation, communication, or agreement with any other proposer for the purpose of restricting competition, the prices quoted were not knowingly disclosed by Successful Respondent to any other proposer and no attempt was made by Successful Respondent to induce any other person or Entity to submit or not to submit a proposal for the purpose of restricting competition.
