Common use of No Commingling Clause in Contracts

No Commingling. The funds, reserves and accounts of each Program shall not be commingled and shall be accounted for separately; provided, however, that administration and overhead expenses of the Authority not related to a specific Program or Programs may be fairly and equitably allocated among Programs as determined by the Board of Directors. Investments and cash accounts may be combined for administrative convenience, but a separate accounting shall be made for balances of individual funds and Program revenues and expenses.
