No Compensation on Termination. 13.1 The termination of this Agreement by either party in accordance with its terms will not give the Partner any right to compensation or damages for loss of profits or prospective profits, loss of business or potential business or loss of its appointment. In no circumstances will the Partner acquire any goodwill in relation to RTSWs business, its appointment by RTSW or in respect of the Software or its distribution or licensing in the Territory, or otherwise under, or in respect of this Agreement.
