No Condemnation Proceeding. There have not been any condemnation proceedings with respect to the Mortgaged Property and Seller has no knowledge of any such proceedings.
No Condemnation Proceeding. As of the Effective Date of this Deed of Trust, the Borrower has no knowledge of any present, pending or threatened condemnation proceeding or award affecting the Real Property.

No Condemnation Proceeding. To the best of any Seller’s knowledge, there is no proceeding pending for the total or partial condemnation and no eminent domain proceedings pending affecting any Mortgaged Property.
