No Conflicting Activity. Except with the Company’s knowledge and express written permission, the Contractor shall not engage in any activity or accept any employment, other agreement, interest, or contribution that would reasonably appear to compromise the Contractor’s professional judgment and performance with respect to the provision of Services and/or the Global Project. In performing the Services, the Contractor shall take all necessary measures to prevent any situation where the impartial and objective implementation of the Services is compromised for reasons involving economic interest, political or national affinity, family, or emotional ties or any other shared interest.

In performing the Services, the AsBo shall take all necessary measures to prevent any situation where the impartial and objective implementation of the Services is compromised for reasons involving economic interest, political or national affinity, family, or emotional ties or any other shared interest.
No Conflicting Activity shall not engage in any activity, or accept any employment, other agreement, interest, or contribution that respect to the Study and/or the Project. In performing the Study, the Contractor shall take all necessary measures to prevent any situation where the impartial and objective implementation of the Study is compromised for reasons involving economic interest, political or national affinity, family or emotional ties or any other shared interest.
No Conflicting Activity permission, the Contractor shall not engage in any activity, or accept any employment, other agreement, interest, or contribution that would reasonably appear to compromise the Project. In performing the Study, the Contractor shall take all necessary measures to prevent any situation where the impartial and objective implementation of the Study is compromised for reasons involving economic interest, political or national affinity, family or emotional ties or any other shared interest.
No Conflicting Activity. While employed by Brooke, Employee shall not be employed in or otherwise engage in any occupation, consulting, counseling or other activity, whether or not for profit, relating to Brooke’s Business or which prevents or is likely to prevent Employee from devoting substantially all of Employee’s working time to Employee’s duties as a Brooke employee. If professionally licensed as described in Section 10, Employee shall not be employed in or otherwise engage in such profession on behalf of any client or potential client, including non-paying or charitable clients, without the prior written consent of Employee’s supervisor.
No Conflicting Activity permission, the Service Provider shall not engage in any activity, or accept any employment, other agreement, professional judgment and performance with respect tothe Service and/or the Xxxxxxx.Xx performing the Service, the Service Provider shall take all necessary measures to prevent any situation where the impartial and objective implementation of the Service is compromised for reasons involving economic interest, political or national affinity, family or emotional ties or any other shared interest.
