No Conflicting Activity. Except with the Company’s knowledge and express written permission, the Contractor shall not engage in any activity or accept any employment, other agreement, interest, or contribution that would reasonably appear to compromise the Contractor’s professional judgment and performance with respect to the provision of Services and/or the Global Project. In performing the Services, the Contractor shall take all necessary measures to prevent any situation where the impartial and objective implementation of the Services is compromised for reasons involving economic interest, political or national affinity, family, or emotional ties or any other shared interest.
