The Service Provider shall. 6.1.1 Provide a best value patient-focused service that fulfils the clinical needs of patients and other users.

The Service Provider shall. 11.1.1 Supply an anticoagulation service to support the patient pathway including the delivery of clinics staffed by specialist nurses, on hospital sites or at locations nominated by the commissioner.

Participate in activities related to the development of a community-based continuum of care encompassing the comprehensive range of services required by program-eligible persons living with HIV infection or their families, where applicable, in order to meet the HIV+ client’s health care and social service needs throughout the course of their illness; Commit to support a coordinated Xxxx Xxxxx Program medical case management system that promotes staff training and the development of service standards, and service linkages and referral mechanisms among participating care providers, and to provide the necessary services to coordinate medical case management efforts among Xxxx Xxxxx Program-funded service providers; and Establish internal grievance procedures and cooperate with the COUNTY in addressing all complaints or problems identified by clients or other care providers. The SERVICE PROVIDER’S internal grievance procedures must afford their clients or other care providers with immediate access to these procedures. These procedures shall be made available to clients or other care providers prior to accessing the COUNTY or the Miami-Dade HIV/AIDS Partnership’s formal grievance procedures. The SERVICE PROVIDER’S internal grievance procedures must include, at a minimum, the following: a description of the types of grievances and individuals covered; a non-binding procedure for resolving conflicts; a written response by the SERVICE PROVIDER to the client or care provider; a meeting between the grievant and the Executive Director, a member of the Board of Directors, or a designee of the SERVICE PROVIDER; and, a timeline for addressing grievances. Grievance procedures must be conspicuously posted at the SERVICE PROVIDER site.

Service Provider The Service Provider also represents at the date this Agreement is entered into and any Service is used or provided:
Third Party Service Providers Unless otherwise prohibited by Apple in the Documentation or this Agreement, You are permitted to employ or retain a third party (“Service Provider”) to assist You in using the Apple Software and Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, engaging any such Service Provider to maintain and administer Your Applications’ servers on Your behalf, provided that any such Service Provider’s use of the Apple Software and Services or any materials associated therewith is done solely on Your behalf and only in accordance with these terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may not use a Service Provider to submit an Application to the App Store or use TestFlight on Your behalf. You agree to have a binding written agreement with Your Service Provider with terms at least as restrictive and protective of Apple as those set forth herein. Any actions undertaken by any such Service Provider in relation to Your Applications or use of the Apple Software or Apple Services and/or arising out of this Agreement shall be deemed to have been taken by You, and You (in addition to the Service Provider) shall be responsible to Apple for all such actions (or any inactions). In the event of any actions or inactions by the Service Provider that would constitute a violation of this Agreement or otherwise cause any harm, Apple reserves the right to require You to cease using such Service Provider.
Service Providers Provider shall enter into written agreements with all Service Providers performing functions pursuant to this Agreement, whereby the Service Providers agree to protect Student Data in manner no less stringent than the terms of this DPA. The list of Provider’s current Service Providers can be accessed through the Provider’s Privacy Policy (which may be updated from time to time).
Independent Service Provider The services to be performed by Service Provider are those of an independent service provider and not of an employee of the City of Fort Xxxxxxx. The City shall not be responsible for withholding any portion of Service Provider's compensation hereunder for the payment of FICA, Workmen's Compensation or other taxes or benefits or for any other purpose.
