No Conflicts and Entire Agreement. This Addendum (together with all Contracts) constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the purchase of Cloud Services and supersedes any and all written or oral agreements previously existing between the Parties and/or their Affiliates with respect to the purchase of Cloud Services from Distributor. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Agreement and terms in this Addendum, the terms of this Addendum shall take precedence for CSR’s Purchase of Cloud Services.
