No Conflicts of Interest. Service Provider represents and warrants that the provision of goods and services or other performance under the contract will not constitute an actual or potential conflict of interest or reasonably create the appearance of impropriety. Service Provider has disclosed in writing to TJJD all existing or potential conflicts of interest relative to the performance of the contract. And if circumstances change during the course of the contract, Service Provider shall promptly notify TJJD.
