Respondent represents and warrants that it has no actual or potential conflicts of interest in providing the requested goods or services to System Agency under this Solicitation and any resulting contract and that Respondent’s provision of the requested goods and/or services under this Solicitation and any resulting contract will not constitute an actual or potential conflict of interest or reasonably create an appearance of impropriety.
