No Consideration of Social, Political, and Ideological Interests. CONSULTANT acknowledges receipt of notice from the TOWN of the provisions of Section 287.05701 of the Florida Statutes which prohibits local governments from giving preference to a prospective contractor based on the prospective contractor’s social, political or ideological interests or requesting documentation from, or considering, a prospective contractor’s social, political, or ideological interests when determining if the prospective contractor is a responsible vendor. CONSULTANT affirms and agrees that the TOWN did not request any documentation about, or give any consideration to, the CONSULTANT’s social, political, or ideological interests in the award of this Agreement.
