No Construction Against Draftsman. This Agreement shall be construed without regard to any presumption or other rule requiring construction against the party causing this Agreement or any portion thereof to be drafted.

No Construction Against Draftsman. No implications or inferences shall be drawn from the deletion of or addition to the terms of previous drafts of this Agreement. Seller and Buyer acknowledge that each has had the opportunity to participate in the preparation of this Agreement and, therefore, in the event of any ambiguity in, or controversy with respect to the meaning of, any term or provision contained in this Agreement, no presumption or inference shall be drawn against any Party in the interpretation of this Agreement by reason of the participation by such Party or its attorneys in the preparation of this Agreement.
No Construction Against Draftsman. The language of this Agreement shall for all purposes be construed as a whole, according to its fair meaning, not strictly for or against the Executive or the Company, and without regard to the identity or status of any person who drafted all or any part of it.
No Construction Against Draftsman. No inference in favor of or against any party shall be drawn from the fact that such party has drafted any provision of this Amendment or that such provisions have been drafted on behalf of said party.
