No Construction Against the Author. Each Party participated in drafting 19 this Agreement, and its terms shall not be construed against any Party by virtue of draftsmanship.
No Construction Against the Author. The Parties have negotiated all the terms and conditions of this Agreement at arm’s length. Each Party participated jointly in drafting this Agreement, and therefore its terms are not intended to, and shall not be, construed against any Party by virtue of draftsmanship.
No Construction Against the Author. Each party warrants and represents that it has participated fully in the negotiation, preparation and drafting of this Agreement, and that the language used in this Agreement is a product of that participation. The rule that an ambiguity in language is to be construed against the author accordingly shall have no effect as to this Agreement.
