Facsimile or Scanned Signatures. A Party may sign and deliver this 6 Agreement by signing on the designated signature block and transmitting that signature page via facsimile 7 or as an attachment to an email to counsel for the other Party. Any such signature shall be deemed an 8 original for purposes of this Agreement and shall be binding upon the Party who transmits the signature 9 page.
Facsimile or Scanned Signatures. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by means of facsimile or other electronic transmission of a scanned signature; and upon such delivery, the facsimile or scanned signature will be deemed to have the same effect as if the original signature had been delivered to the other party.
