No Continued Benefits Following Termination. Unless otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement or contemplated by another agreement between the Executive and the Company, or as otherwise required by law, all compensation, equity plans, and benefits payable to the Executive under this Agreement shall terminate on the date of termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company under the terms of this Agreement.
