Rights Upon a Termination of the Executives Employment. Any termination payments made and benefits provided under this Agreement to the Executive shall be in addition to any termination or severance payments or benefits for which the Executive may be eligible under any other agreement between the Company and the Executive and any of the plans, policies, or programs of the Company or its affiliates.
