No Continuing Rights. On termination of this Agreement, Subdistributor will immediately cease all display, advertising, promotion, and use of all of Distributor’s Trademark.
No Continuing Rights. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, DISTRIBUTOR will immediately cease all display, advertising and use of all of the Trademarks and will not thereafter use, advertise or display any trademark, trade name or product designation which is, or any part of which is, similar to or confusing with any Trademark or with any trademark, trade name or product designation associated with TITANIUM or any Product.
No Continuing Rights. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect in any manner whatsoever the right or power of the Company, or a parent or subsidiary of the Company, to terminate Purchaser’s consulting relationship, for any reason, with or without cause.
No Continuing Rights. On expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, subject to Distributor’s rights under the Post-Term Sale Period, and Distributor’s rights under any Service Only Business Period (as defined in Section 18.6(c)):
(a) Distributor’s rights under this Section 4 cease immediately; and
(b) Distributor shall immediately cease all display, advertising, promotion and use of all of Medizone’s Trademarks and shall not thereafter use, advertise, promote or display any trademark, trade name or product designation or any part thereof that is similar to or confusing with Medizone’s Trademarks or with any trademark, trade name or product designation associated with Medizone or any Product.
No Continuing Rights. On expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, subject to Reseller s rights under the Post-term Resale Period:
(a) Reseller s rights under Section 13.02 cease immediately; and
(b) Reseller shall immediately cease all display, advertising, promotion and use of all of Supplier s Trademarks and shall not thereafter use, advertise, promote or display any trademark, trade name or product designation or any part thereof that is similar to or confusing with Supplier s Trademarks or with any trademark, trade name or product designation associated with Supplier or any Product.
No Continuing Rights. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Distributor will immediately cease all display, advertising and use of all Company IP and will not thereafter use, advertise or display any trademark, trade name, logo or designation which is, or any part of which is, similar to or confusing with any trademark, trade name, logo or designation associated with any Company Product.

Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Distributor will immediately cease all display, and use of all Company trademarks, trade names, logos and designations and will not thereafter use, advertise or display any trademark, trade name, logo or designation which is, or any part of which is, similar to or confusing with any trademark, trade name, logo or designation associated with any Company Product. The sale of Company Products hereunder by Company does not convey any license to Distributor, expressly or by implication, estoppel or otherwise, under any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark or other intellectual property right. Company expressly reserves all of its rights with respect to such patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark and/or other proprietary rights.

Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, GAS will immediately cease all display, advertising and use of all PointRed trademarks, trade names, logos, and designation and will not thereafter use, advertise or display any trademark, trade name, logo or designation which is, or any part o which is, similar to or confusing with any trademark, trade name, logo or designation associated with any PointRed Product.
No Continuing Rights. Celgene acknowledges that the terms of this Agreement represent the entire consideration to be paid for the Transferred Shares and that, after the Transfer (and subject to the Deposit), Celgene shall have no further rights with respect to the Transferred Shares (other than the right to the performance of BeiGene’s obligations under this Agreement).

Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, ASP Partner will immediately cease all display, advertising and use of all Broadbase trademarks, trade names, logos and designations and will not thereafter use, advertise or display any trademark, trade name, logo or designation which is, or any part of which is, similar to or confusing with any trademark, trade name, logo or designation associated with any Product.
