Company Trademarks definition

Company Trademarks means the trade names, registered trademarks, service names, and registered service marks (and applications for registration of the same) owned by the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Company Trademarks has the meaning set forth in Section 7.19.
Company Trademarks shall have the meaning given to it in Section 9(f) hereof.

More Definitions of Company Trademarks

Company Trademarks means all names, marks, brands, logos, designs, trade dress and other designations the Company uses in connection with the Service or any other service. User acknowledges the Company' rights in the Company Trademarks and agrees that any and all use of the Company Trademarks by User shall inure to the sole benefit of the Company.
Company Trademarks means all Trademarks used, or held for use, in the business of the Company and its subsidiaries, as currently conducted or contemplated to be conducted.
