No Contract of Employment. Neither this Agreement nor any award granted under this Agreement shall confer upon any Person any right to employment or other service or continuance of employment or other service by the Partnership or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates. This Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment or impose on any Participant or the Partnership or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates any obligations to retain the Participant as an employee of the Partnership or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, to change the status of the Participant’s employment, or to change the Partnership or any of its Subsidiaries’ or Affiliates’ policies regarding termination of employment.
