No Debt Collection Services. You agree that you shall be using the Service as a tool for you to collect on your own Accounts. By selecting this Service, you acknowledge that neither we nor Paysimple at any time shall undertake to provide you with debt collection services or to act as a debt collector within the scope or meaning of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act or similar state or federal laws.
