No Dedication of Facilities. Any undertaking by either party to the other party under this Agreement shall not constitute the dedication of the electrical system, facilities, or any portion thereof, of that party to the public or to the other party's electronic system, nor affect the status of that party as an independent company or entity. Any such undertaking by the parties under this Agreement shall automatically cease upon the termination of this agreement.
