No Distributing Derivative Fonts. While You may modify the software and otherwise create new versions derived from the Fonts for Your own use, You shall not distribute any such derivative works to any third parties. For the purposes of this section, derivative fonts include code or data derived from or based upon the Fonts or any modifications to or extracts of any portion of the Fonts, but does not apply to uses of the Fonts for the creation of visual works such as logos.

  • EFFECT ON FUND ACCOUNTING AGREEMENT In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Amendment and the Fund Accounting Agreement, the terms of this Amendment shall be controlling. Except as specifically and only to the extent modified by this Amendment, all of the terms and provisions of the Fund Accounting Agreement shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
